Ben Affleck sells his $30,000,000 bachelor pad in Pacific Palisades so he can move in with wife Jennifer Lopez. Ben had bought the estate for $19 million in 2018 after his divorce from Jennifer Garner was finalized. The home is 13,500 sq. ft with a spacious lawn, a swimming pool with a slide, an outdoor kitchen and poolside guest house complete with its own kitchenette and a bathroom. The newlywed couple will move into a new $60 million mansion which they are leasing at the moment. The mansion was previously owned by billionaire James Packer.
